Where are the List Archives?
The list archives are at http://www.flyerlist.org.uk/archive.
Note that this is the NEW archive, which started recording on September 1, 2002.
Nigel Webb, who now hosts the List, is also hosting the archive, and his notes on its use are here.

Where are the online NOTAMs?
There's loads of useful stuff including NOTAMs and the whole AIP at http://www.ais.org.uk. Bear in mind that to
use the new NOTAM retrieval system, you have to register at the AIS site.

Is there a downloadable Flight Plan form?
Yes, at http://www.ais.org.uk/aes/en/image/CA48.pdf.   It appears that although you have
to register to get on to the AIS site, this link goes straight to the FPL form.   It's also
available at http://www.gostc.flyer.co.uk/CA48.pdf.   This version has drop down lists for the
various options, but it seems not to display correctly in IE6. You may need to download it and open it up separately in Acrobat Reader.

Nigel Webb's Handy Hints
Nigel is well-known as one of the List's most knowledgeable and authoritative sources
of information, and many have benefited from his willingness to share
information about almost every subject under the sun. Occasionally,
however, he feels the need to summarise an especially long-running thread
with one of his characteristically punchy "Handy Hints" articles, condensing the salient points
into an easily digestible format. [Following which, few people dare reopen the thread - Ed]
We've tracked down some of these gems which are reproduced here for your enjoyment.
